How does the 30-day free trial work?
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You can use the full feature set of whichever plan you select during the trial, and you'll only be charged if you continue after the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your Shopify admin. Plan changes take effect immediately, and Shopify handles prorated billing automatically.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both are available on every plan. Annual billing saves about 17% (the equivalent of 2 free months). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
How am I billed?
Billing is handled through Shopify's standard app billing system. Your Solvera subscription appears on your regular Shopify invoice, paid through your existing Shopify payment method.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will start billing automatically. You can cancel any time from your Shopify admin to end your subscription.
